Paleo Breakfast Hash Recipe

Serves: 2Breakfast Hash


Pepper and salt to taste
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 minced garlic clove
½ chopped onion
½ sweet potato, grated
2 eggs


1. Melt butter in skillet
2. Sauté garlic, onion and potato lightly
3. Add spices to taste
4. Stir in eggs and cover
5. Cook 2-3 minutes

Cooking Tips:

Heat skillet on medium, not too hot or the eggs will burn


Use potato in place of sweet potato
Add shredded leftover meat
Use leftovers from night before, lightly fry, stir in egg and cook
