You will need: 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (minced), 2 tablespoons red onion (minced), 4 bacon slices, 1 dash hot sauce and 4 eggs.

Cook the bacon until it becomes crisp. Meanwhile, whack the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a separate bowl. Mash it up so it is fine, but not too fine – having some texture will make this meal even more delicious.

Add the cilantro and onion to the same bowl. Once the bacon is done cooking, drain and crumble it in, too. Make your omelets, one at a time. To make them more tasty, top them with hot sauce as desired.

2. Epic Egg Salad

For launch, this standard egg salad will definitely be a great easy paleo meal that will take your dieting experience to new heights.


6 eggs (hard-boiled, peeled and chopped), 1/2 green bell pepper (diced), 1 tablespoon brown mustard, 4 scallions (sliced), 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 large celery ribs (diced), 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (minced), and salt and black pepper to season. Cut the vegetables and eggs, then combine them in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together, then add them to the salad and combine them well. Season with salt and pepper. You can eat this salad as is, or wrapped in lettuce leaves.

3. Primal Chicken Salad

For this easy paleo meal, you will need the following: 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced), 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced), 1 cup cooked chicken (diced), 1 artichoke heart (cooked and chopped), 2 scallions (sliced thin) and 1/3 cup lemon-balsamic mayonnaise.

To make the mayonnaise, place 2 eggs whites, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 garlic clove and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a clean jar. Add 1/4 virgin olive oil. Blend all ingredients until they are properly mixed. With your blender still on, add 2/3 cup olive oil to the mixture until it starts to thicken.

For the chicken salad itself, you only have to cut everything up and place them in a bowl. Make the mayonnaise, add the other ingredients and coat, combining them well.

4. Crunchy Deviled Chicken


1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 cup almond meal, 4 chicken legs, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 4 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon curry powder.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the drumsticks from the thighs. On a plate, combine the seasonings with the almond meal. Rub each piece of chicken in extra-virgin olive oil, then roll in the mixture of seasonings and almond meal. Roast them for an hour or so until the coating becomes crunchy.
